SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide from our store in Port Macquarie, NSW. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at: Shop 6, 23/41 Short Street, Port Macquarie NSW
Vintage & Pre-Owned Items All items are vintage and pre-owned. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final unless the item arrives not as described.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at grandmastervintage@outlook.com.auwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it.
